AOK Physical Therapy

I feel very fortunate to have received care from the AOK Physical Therapy team! From initial phone call to developing a care plan tailored to my needs, their communication and treatment was both supportive and effective. The therapists are very knowledgable and helped me understand exactly what was happening with my injury while maintaining a positive perspective about getting me back to doing what I love! Thank you, AOK team :)

I was introduced to AOK through a shoulder clinic at the Nike Strength Studio, and I’m so glad I found them. Alyssa and Sam were both so helpful and knowledgeable, and I loved the one-on-one format of care they provide. I attended four sessions with Dr. Sam, where we were able to work through my issues and come up with a solid plan that I felt supported and confident doing at home. If I ever need physical therapy again, I’ll definitely go back and see them again!

The AOK team has been so great to work with! I originally came in for a specific injury, and just mentioned offhand a chronic issue that I've had for years and never been told there were other options. Jack was fantastic, immediately jumping in and letting me know how many treatment options there are. The original injury was fixed pretty quickly, and I'm finally feeling relief from the pain of the last 8 years! Jack does a great job explaining what he's doing and how it will help, as well as the why behind each exercise for me to do at home

My experience at AOK physical therapy was top-notch. The therapists there helped me understand my body better and where I need to go as I age. My primary goal is to stay Mobile and healthy. They helped me understand what I need to achieve that. We set goals and they gave me exercises to do to help with stability and balance and strength. Helping me with this will allow me to continue to do the things I love like yoga, strength training, and cycling.... can't say enough good things about this group.

I reached out to AOK due to thoracic pain I was experiencing. After expressing an interest in working with Jack, I was scheduled for an intake appointment that week. Jack is THE BEST. I have experienced pain reduction and increased mobility through versatile of methods of care. Whenever I've come to session with a question or a twinge of pain, he's inquisitive, highly informative and solution focused. I really appreciate his attention to detail, his approach to care/teaching and how personable he is. It makes going to PT (and doing the homework) worth the investment. Their booking and care plan platforms are user friendly and make following through simple. I can’t sing their praises enough. If well thought and intentional physical therapy is what you need, look no further than AOK PT gro
