The procedure went great. I got to see and review the many videos and pictures with the Vet. The staff was amazing and kind from the receptionist, to the vet techs to the Vet. I absolutely love how the vet and the tech explained the results so clearly. The clinic has a calm, clean, friendly vibe from the moment you walk in. Everyone is professional AND friendly. The reminders and the excellent communication are a bonus as well. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Very happy to have this clinic here in Whatcom County! It’s been wonderful to get another exotics vet in the area, as that can be hard to find around here. I have rabbits, so their urgent care option has saved me a lot of stress and from having to drive all the way down to Bothell for emergency care. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable about rabbit health, and is very kind to my rabbits and to me. They have the facilities to support more complex cases through bloodwork, cytology, etc., and have a fully stocked pharmacy as well. The staff is lovely, always friendly and helpful, and they keep the practice well organized. Its clear that all involved at AMC love animals. Highly recommended!

Seeking a proper diagnosis and care for your dog can be incredibly stressful, however, Dr. Jatana immediately put us at ease. He was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in a way that felt clear and reassuring. Dr. Singh has also been wonderul - kind and attentive. Both Dr. Jatana and Dr. Singh are genuinely invested in our dog's treatment and care. You can truly feel that the entire staff cares about both the pets and the people who love them. Absolutely amazing care my dog received! I had recently got my dog back into my care and was able to book an exam within the same week. They wanted to also schedule cleaning within 7 days, but I was only able to do it a couple days after and they were super understanding! And after his dental cleaning, he's doing absolutely amazing! His normal vet was going to be able to get him for an exam the 26th and dental in MAY. So I'm very thankful that they were able to do the dental cleaning, including all the scans and treat him well. And again everyone of this staff is so nice and friendly!
