They were extremely nice and genuinely cared about my lil one. My pup Star is always super nervous around people and acts out. She was so calm and good for them and they were so patient with her. I wish these same people worked at a regular vet bc I would travel 2 hours just to have her see a vet that actually cared. Thank yall for all yall did for my baby Star. We appreciate yall.

Animal Eye care Veterinary Ophthalmology at Wake Forest is a great place to take your pet. The staff and the doctors are nice and efficient. The place is clean and the appointments are well coordinated. Their charges are reasonable. I would recommend this place for anyone interested in pet eye care.

If your animal is suffering from eye problems this is the place to go. My 15 year old Lhasa Apso Molly has been dealing with recurring corneal ulcers. Dr. Gift and Karen are both amazing and care about the animals. Most vets take week to get you in or charge you an extra emergency fee. Not them they get your pet in and taken care of as quick as possible. The appointments are also timely. They even will ship your dogs eye drop refills to you which is great when my dog will be on these drops the rest of her life. Thank you animal eye care.

Our 11 year old Min Pin is our fur baby. He was diagnosed with diabetes in January 2020 and went blind in late April 2020. It was upsetting & heartbreaking. I was referred to Animal Eye Care by our vet. Dr. Gift and his staff are so nice, empathetic & welcoming from my initial phone call, to the initial consult, to cataract removal surgery. They have a system in place, due to Covid-19 that is well organized. They are very informative. I can not say enough. PLUS my pup has his eyesight back. It is amazing. Thank you Dr. Gift and staff. You are all wonderful!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gift and Karen. They were super supportive and informative when I brought my cat in for an exam. She had a mass in her eye. He gave me several options for treating, or not treating. Ultimately we chose to have the eye removed. They were super easy to work with on drop off and pick up. Karen let me know what was happening when. When I went in to pick up the cat they were quick, but thorough with their post-operative instructions. Everything was on a printed sheet- super easy to read. They gave me the meds she needed. Our cat is healing really well, and had only one day where she wasn't feeling well. We are on her 3rd day post-operatively, and she seems back to her"normal" self. I know that a large part of that is due to the care she received on the d
