We actually had an over all good experience. I understand how the staff can become numb to owners emotions, day in and day out. I didn't come here for my feelings to be coddled. After my dog was struck by a car we rushed him to the Animal Emergency center. The whole place had so many people and pets it was about standing room only. We walk in and you have to sign paperwork first. Choosing if you would like your pet to have a DNR or CPR, which will run from $300 to $800 for 15 minutes. I get it this is a BUSSINESS like a hospital. As soon as we find our way to a seat, not five minutes go by and someone comes out to give us an estimate, to me the quote doesn't seem unreasonable. As soon as we sign the papers they wisk him away to the back to start pain meds. I very much appreciated their ho

They went above and beyond to help keep my baby alive and return him to thriving. They did their absolute best to keep it affordable while still giving my critical kitty the absolute best care. They worked with us as much as they could and even did a hail mary surgery overnight to give him his best fighting chance. Tiger has now been home 3 day thriving. Enjoying his life!!! All the catnip and cuddles. My baby went from cpr to thriving because this team wouldn't give up and fought to find the answers for his best recovery. They seriously do and did everything they can to give him his second chance. They love animals like we claim them as children. Unfortunately I'm horrible with names on a good day and after a week of being in survival mode I just can't name them all. Every staff member I

We feel like Oliver was very well taken care of. We don't just notice our situation though, we paid attention to the other animals coming and going as well and every single animal was taken care of just the same, prioritized, cared for and it was just very comforting to see. The purple hair front desk lady was very sweet. The doctor himself was awesome! Kristen was caring and compassionate. The over night shift blonde and the young man with the glasses were awesome too. You have an outstanding staff! What I appreciated most is the level of care and concern and how thorough the doctor was. He was very kind and understanding when we were extremely upset.

From front staff to vet staff in the back, Stella was treated kindly. I unfortunately do not know all the names but the two women up front at 530pm 11/13/25, the vet techs, and Dr.Greene for their overwhelming patience and kindness. They treated us with lack of breed discrimination. My GSD is *Not* a stereotype fear aggressive backyardbred nutcase. I have had poor experiences in the past with **a different office** staff preemptively wanting to bind her muzzle (i have a properly fitted muzzle that she is used to just in case it ever is needed as a precaution) and sedate her. Here, she was treated with patience and kindness, no breed discrimination on a dog showing no signs of fear reactivity. No fearful staff, just a nice calm, no extra fuss clean treatment.

The care provided was wonderful. I like the fact there is a person who physically performs triage. Immediately checking on the incoming pet and it's condition. I greatly appreciate being informed of things as treatment procedures moved along. Everyone i talked to was personable and kind. I really appreciated the vet. Not super personable, but never seemed tired or put out. Just informative and matter of fact. It made me feel confident that my cat, and all the other animals that came in, had gotten his complete and thorough attention, no pet was rushed through. What is appreciated most was the concern and compassion shown each person who came in.
