Alex has MAGIC HANDS! Best massage I've had in Seattle in 5 years. I'm a competitive powerlifter and Alex's massages are an excellent addition to my recovery regimen. Alex is attentive, skilled and uses a wonderful mix of modalities based on needs (gua sha, deep tissue, cupping and more). My massages are always all encompassing, relaxing and a solid reset on my muscular system. Each session is better than the last; totally worth the price!

I seeked out Anew Massage for back pain and have happily paid out of pocket for my appointments. Alex is truly a professional and manages to work out all the tension, knots, and tightness to allow my muscles to relax enough to continue with my physical therapy regimen. Each session I find myself drifting off, sometimes falling asleep completely. Alex is attentive and will adjust pressure to a lighter or heavier touch as needed. I hope to try other services such as lymphatic or therapeutic massages as my healing journey continues. The other staff who work there are always welcoming and make it a comfortable place to receive treatment. Their practice space has always been clean and tidy. HANDS DOWN THE BEST MASSAGE, EVER!!! Alex’s hands are a gift from Heaven and blessed by all the gods. I truly never felt so relaxed. My neck, jack, and upper back are extremely tight. I also clench my jaw and regularly get Botox to help. And let me tell you, Alex’s TMJ massage, felt like I just got Botox. My masseter muscles instantly felt better and relaxed. I was in urgent need of care because of neck pain and fortunately I was able to book a 90 min massage with Anew. I felt an intuitive kindness as soon as I walked in before the massage even began. The massage, with Alex, was deeply effective for pain relief, relaxation and the environment was comforting and therapeutic.
