Feel kind of bad leaving a bad review for AAR because they didn't directly do anything terrible, but the way they handle payments is awful. The service I received was at a hospital, the hospital told me that all related charges for the services I received there could be paid through their online portal (and there was a charge for "anesthesia services" on the online portal)... but Anesthesiology Associates of Radford bill separately, not through the hospital. When I figured that out, paying the bill was a pain. I wasn't able to pay AAR directly, the billing company they go through is hard to get ahold of, rude when you finally do get ahold of them, and said they weren't able to send a confirmation email after I had paid.
