I was sad that my insurance no longer covered me going here so I had to find another pain doctor.

My fiancee went here for his intake and history. The woman was very professional and kind! He will be seeing the doctor in the upcoming week. Just be sure to be on time for your appointment! If you are late, they will not see you!

My mother who has been a patient here for years and never once been late had an appointment at 11:30am we got there at 11:40 am The receptionist stated they have a 5 min policy where if your 5 minutes late you have to reschedule my mother is elderly and very sick it took her around 5-10 minutes to get in the office from my car because even with her oxygen tank she was having trouble breathing which I explained to the lady but she kept insisting there was a 5 minute late policy and she had to go to lunch at 12. Then the other receptionist jumped in staying there is a 10 minute policy to which I said our issue is the other lady said 5 so I am not sure which lady was giving the correct information but if it was ten minutes my mother should have been seen all I know is they were both very rude

I went here when they first opened. It was just a money farm. They don't give a crap about their patients. The office staff was horrible. The nurses were horrible. The entire experience was horrible.

I don't hate. Really like the very informative Dr.Haggerty. Also some sweet office helpers that have good manners and when you've been sick and in constant pain for 20+ years how you're treated makes a big difference. I've survived many unpleasant situations since being ran over by a car some years ago. At age 66 I will not abide bad manners, for surviving daily is hard enough. There are 3 that could use lessons on compassion and simple bed side manners when dealing with the chronically ill. They know who they are.
