Andover Medical Center

I have been going here since before the pandemic lockdown. No complaints at all. I love my primary care doc, the other professionals (mammo, ortho, labs) are great there too. I only used the Urgent Care once, but they were ok too. Dr. Rosado, the NPs/PAs are great!

Update: 2 hours and 40 minutes later. The nurse partitioner spent 3 minutes listening to my lungs, touch my lower back for 2 seconds then sent me home. Nice job examine my lower back problem. Any monkey with a brain can do these kind of examination. This place is a joke. Wasted 3 hours for nothing. DON'T COME HERE. They only want your insurance money.

Had my first appt and learned I was supposed to come 15 min earlier due to being new patient. I actually ran late that day, and almost wasnt seen, but luckily therapist was able to still see me (I am not able to ambulate very well at the moment) . Please tell us this the time you want us here when we make the appt instead of giving me a time and then calling day before with the 'please come in 15min earlier' message (I didnt get this unfortunately!) Anyway, happy it worked out in long run.

Everyone was super friendly even though my visit kept them past closing time. The dr was great! Very personable! Nurses and front staff were awesome too! I’d go here for my regular doctor if I could, but I love my regular dr too! Great experience!

I've been going there regularly and sometimes the service is better than others. The last one was very good but they promised to call me to get the radiology results and they never did. That is disappointing
