Amerita Specialty Infusion Services - San Antonio

Very bad customer service and communication. It took them a week to say they did not accept my insurance. I called multiple times and could not communicate with them. They do not respond to calls or voicemails. Its was just a waste of time.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Amerita Specialty Infusion Services, characterized by their appalling lack of communication and negligent customer service. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, my concerns were met with silence. It is crucial to share this review to warn others about the abysmal treatment they may encounter. I must specifically address the response I received from a representative named Bobby R. Not only did Bobby fail to respond to any of my emails, but her indifference and lack of empathy almost resulted in a loved one being left without essential food to eat. Horrible Services, they don't follow up with you, no ones cares about checking on you and the first call you get after the hospital send you home, is about the payment, after that nobody calls you to see when are they going to be sending a nurse and not even the pharmacy's. I spoke with Karen and she calls me back after two days. I DO NOT recommend this services at all. I hope they will be close.

If I can give five stars I will be glad because the lady, that I speak every single week she is awesome very professional and with her customer service THANKS MA'AM. But I wish to say the same thing and I am pretty sure it was a pharmacist as I understand. I felt so bad because he was so rude to me that I felt so uncomfortable for myself because the way he spoke to me he didn't have no care or talk to you with respect. Because that's what I talked to them with respect because I like respect back to me. It's okay this Pharmacy is being taken care for me for the last 5 months. Don’t recommend this infusion service. My husband was sent home from the hospital with America Infusion Services. The main nurse in charge of his care his Picc Line was a heatless human being and spent most of her time complaining about the heavy traffic and how long it took her to get to our home. The very first day she showed up at our house, she was sure to tell me she wanted me to quickly learn how to do the procedure myself because her company was not being paid enough by our insurance company and she didn’t want to return to our home more than a couple of times. She wanted me to do the procedure immediately, as she would guide me. I replied that I would rather see her do it so I could learn from watching her. She replied I better learn quick. Otherwise, she would report me to Adult P
