The experience at ARS today was excellent. The front desk staff member was pleasant and helpful. My wife had an appointment scheduled for next week, so I asked if it was possible to have it done today. He was able to arrange for two of the tests to be completed, but since she would still need to return for the others, we decided to wait. The technician who performed my test was exceptionally thorough and talked me through each step of the process. Thank you ARS.!!

I gotta say, the level of professionalism, courtesy, and just plain decency as bounds here. I brought my mother-in-law, Carol here, for x-rays, and mri. She has mobility issues, and a few health issues. The staff was very accommodating, and went above, and beyond, to make her as comfortable, as possible. Walking me through the set-up process, taking information, everything was very easy. Thank you, to all of the amazing staff! God Bless ya!

The staff here is so nice and compassionate. They always give you service with a smile. All the text are great. You make me feel comfortable being there most times that I’ve went. They always came out right away called my name to come back for my treatment hardly any long wait time.

I had a great experience at this imaging office. From start to finish, the entire staff was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Terri and Dr. Whitaker—they were outstanding. They took the time to talk me through every single step of the arthrogram process, explained everything clearly, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Their calm, reassuring approach really made a potentially stressful procedure much easier. I truly felt cared for and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing imaging services.

I had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Chris performed my CT Scan and she was simply amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. My appointment was at 1:10. They called me back at 12:50 and I was literally done and walking out at 1:20. Wonderful experience.
