My son has been sick for almost a week. We took him to Phoenix children’s urgent care and as usual the doctors are in a rush and did not check my son how they should have. We started taking my son to DR. Rivas this year and have had nothing but GREAT experiences. She saw my son and diagnosed him correctly. Everyone in that office is amazing, kind, compassionate and just CARES! I will follow this doctor whenever she goes because she is that good. Wait times are on the longer side because she takes her time to truly listen to you and to check your child. I love this place and am grateful for doctors like DR. Rivas.

Dr. Rivas has been caring for my son for a year and I love her work. She is always very professional and is responsible for giving you all the information and explaining medical details that we sometimes don't know. All clinic staff are always very attentive and helpful. As a mother I am more than happy to have found them.

Booking an appointment is easy and paperwork is timeless. I was skeptical at first of having to take a photo, once the staff explained it’s to protect my PHI etc I became comfortable. (I’m a victim of identity theft) Everyone was understanding. They even have an app where you can message,book appointments etc. Healthcare made easy! I am more than happy I found the perfect PCP for my whole family! Dr.Rivas is very knowledgeable and for the first time gave me a real diagnosis for my daughter. She took her time assessing all three of my children which took a while I felt like she actually heard me and took many notes. First time mommy here with a 2 week newborn baby. I had to pay cash due to no insurance yet and was very picky when looking for pediatrician for my baby. I decided on here due to the great reviews. I am so GLAD I came here and saw Dr. Rivas. She was full of joy when she saw my baby. She made me feel at ease due to my baby having a cough/cold and being so little. I felt relief knowing baby is okay. She answered all my questions and gave good recommendations. I didn’t feel the appointment hurried. I feel safe and a right decision to continue bringing my newborn here. The front office girl was really nice as well. There wasn’t crazy amount of paperwork and brought me back right away.

I really wanted to like this doctor because she had so many good reviews and her office is really close to where I live so after my experience, I am very disappointed. First red flag is that the waiting area is very small, so sick and healthy children are expected to wait in the same area which is such a problem especially during RSV season. Second red flag, I waited over an hour and a half for my children to be seen because she was taking walk ins. Why have appointment times if you are not going to go by the appointment time? And the very worst of it all is that the doctor said my child was "small" and ordered me to concentrate her formula more.
