No one wants a root canal, but if you ever need one, this is the place to go. Dr. Brown was extremely helpful and reassuring from the moment I walked in. I came in with extreme pain, and after examining my tooth, he explained my options right away. I told him I wanted to try to save the tooth because it’s used for my partial, and he immediately got to work helping me do exactly that. They were able to get everything worked out with my insurance and made the entire process simple and stress-free. From the moment I walked the door until then moment I walked back out that door, I felt so welcomed. The dental hygienist was really nice and gentle. You could tell she was really good at her job. I really liked her. Then, here comes the doctor to tell me what his plan was to correct my smile and replace my partials. He was the nicest, most knowledgeableleddentist I've met. He wasn't out to break my wallet and actuallyally he gave me ideas on how to do all I needed done in a way that was more affordable for me. The vibe in this place was awesome. I brought three of my kids here for the first time, and I was honestly a little nervous since they’ve aged out of their pediatric dentist. Finding the right fit especially a great family-oriented dentist is important to me. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Both receptionists were incredibly friendly, and the kids were taken back pretty quickly. I was kept informed every step of the way, and everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. I truly can’t express how happy I am that we found such a great family dentist. They even made sure to get all three scheduled for their six-month follow-ups before we left. I had a root canal done here three whole entire years ago and I still get on and off pain where that tooth is. I went back for an xray a few months after getting it done and they said it looked fine but now years later I’m still having issues and can’t afford to do anything about it. The worst part is that I never had any pain from the tooth they did a root canal on before the root canal was done. This has significantly impacted my life and my ability to enjoy food for a long time now.
