I just moved down to Vista from Oregon and have a long haired german shepherd who had really bad ear infections. Dr. Dodd & all the staff were so loving & compassionate with him and me. I loved how they treated him and explained everything thoroughly to me. I have decided they are my new vets down. I would recommend them to anyone!!! They get a 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you for your love and amazing care 🙏❤️

What an amazing place! I was so nervous to take my sweet little Foster dog for his check up at a place that was new to us but from the moment I walked in the door it was such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. First of all instead of the sterile environment of most chaotic Veterinary places, it was so quiet and peaceful and very tasteful Antiques and vintage photos of dogs and cats. We were taken right in and greeted with such kindness. Never before has my sweet elderly dog been happy to be at a vet. He usually tries to hide under my feet or Escape if possible. But as you can see from the photo here he actually just fell asleep on the table because they were so peaceful and gentle! I could not recommend them enough!

Great vet! So happy we found them last year. We recently moved from Oceanside to Downtown San Diego and we still make that drive to this vet office. We feel comfortable and trust the Dr. here! I feel no pressure treatment wise for anyone scared about pricing. My baby Arlo is super hyper and sometimes I feel judged by it, but everyone here makes me feel so welcomed and is always super caring and nice! Thank you for everything you do for the fur babies!! Here’s a picture of my Arlo recovering from his recent neuter surgery. The vet assistants are so nice and you can tell they care! They kept him some extra hours to make sure he’s ok and called me to check on him! Thank you Alta Mira Fam!!

We have a Veterinarian clinic we can honestly call our new home for all of BiBis care. The clinic is beyond clean, and my husband mention how it has a small hometown feel to it, which is a huge compliment from him. Hands down, this Is the best vetererian clinic/ hospital we ever encountered. I wish I would have known about them when our Belgian Milinois Chance was with us. Dr. Dodd is simply the most pleasant , caring, and knowledgeable Veterinarian we ever known , as well as her staff from Liz being very helpful making appointments, and when we were running late for our first appointment with traffic from Pendleton she was understanding and kind, and Rhonda was complete joy, kept us smiling, and James the tech, amazing energy, and kind , explained and gave great tips for BiBi. This is the most loving, caring, and understanding veterinary group I’ve ever worked with. They take care of my dogs, cats, and the pets of my extended family. They r very thorough, and their prices r very competitive, usually lower, than other vets. They also have excellent boarding if u need that. 5 stars for sure (-:
