Almouie Pediatrics Dove Creek

I am at the parking lot writing this review. I have been using Almouie for over 8 years. I started from using the location on Culebra until we moved to Dove Creek and changed to this location. I recently moved down potranco/211 2 years ago, but continued to use this clinic. I love my kids doctor, but the lady at the receptionist did something today that brought me here to write this review. My 6 months old has a follow up appointment at 4pm today. I was there at 407pm and told the lady my husband is dropping the baby off and should be here soon. The lady said they will have to cancel the appointment if he is not there by 415pm. He barely made it at 416pm and I was in with the baby by 417pm. They refused seeing my baby cos of 2minutes and asked I reschedule the appointment for the next day.

The staff has always treated us with respect and kindness. I bring my kids here because the doctors continue to do a great job.

I brought my 3 year old son here, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We waited over an hour just to be taken back. When my son’s vitals were finally taken, the staff member, Lauren, was rude and unprofessional toward him. Repeatedly calling my toddler “dude” (“come here dude,” “stand here dude”) is not appropriate or respectful, especially when speaking to a young child in a medical setting. After that, we waited even longer in the exam room to see the physician. As a parent, this entire visit was frustrating and upsetting. The lack of professionalism and excessive wait time made it clear that this clinic does not value patient care. We will not be returning.

Love this pediatric office, they are super kind and patient with you. That’s from front office, back office and the doctors there. Definitely recommend them. Dove Creek Location My Kids love Dr. French he’s amazing with the kids and very patient explaining things to the parents. Doesn’t matter how many questions you ask he’s not leaving till your thought process is okay and makes sure you understand everything. Amazing place!!!

We love Almouie Dove Creek location for its wonderful facility and friendly staff that is always so helpful. All 3 kids love Dr. French he is such an amazing PA and we are thankful to have him!
