We have been seeing PNP Maria Creticio-Garza for several years now, even back when she was at the McCreless location. She has helped us through most, if not all, of my daughter’s sick visits and has always been absolutely amazing with her. She is patient, kind, and makes my daughter feel comfortable every single time. As a parent, that means everything. Our visit yesterday at the Alamo Ranch location was extremely pleasant, even though it was a sick visit. We were able to call and get in quickly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate the consistent care and compassion she provides. We’re very grateful to have her as part of our daughter’s healthcare team. Please read before making an appt here. This was only our second visit at this clinic, and the front desk receptionists appear to be irritated with their jobs and have an unwelcoming manner. In my opinion, I don’t find it professional when they speak loudly to you about your appt as if they’re talking to the whole waiting room. I have observed this with myself and with other patients in the waiting room. It’s not that difficult to ask the patient to come up to the window to speak privately, but sticking your head out the window and loudly conversing is unprofessional. Now in regards to our visit, my daughter and I had waited in the exam room for over 3 hrs! I understood the systems were down earlier that morning so I was patient enough to wait, but apparently we were just forgotten at th

I highly recommend Maria Irene Creticio. She is very kind, patient, and truly cares about her patients. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explains everything clearly. She has been wonderful with my daughter, and we are very grateful for the care she provides. Highly recommended! ⭐

Maria Irene Creticio-Garza. Is one caring person, when it comes to your children. The best bedside manners. I’ve followed Mrs. Garza to 2 locations already because that’s how much my children and I love her. When it comes down to my children’s health knowing one of my children has a lot of health issues. She always listens and does what’s best for my child to help improve their health.

This pediatric clinic is absolutely fantastic. From the front desk to the back office, everyone is warm, attentive, and professional. Sherene Galabeas Np took her time, explained everything clearly, and she is great at putting both kids and parents at ease. The clinic is clean, efficient, and clearly focused on providing the best care possible. We’re so grateful to have found them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
