Dr. Simms is one of the best! She listens and cares very much about her patients and gives you options for a care plan. Her staff is also amazing. Very prompt, I have never waited more than 10 min to be seen!

We are new to the area, and Dr. Simms was taking on new patients. After our 1st visit, we found out she has a private practice and does not offer a patient portal. Her nurse and office staff are horrible when it comes to communication. After multiple phone calls for our test results, we finally did get a call a few weeks later from her nurse. This happened a few times. It's so frustrating. Referrals to our specialists never happened, leaving us worrying and wondering what was next. There is little to no professionalism when the nurse relays the results. We found Dr. Simms is not too concerned that her nurse is lacking in communication skills, even after I discussed these issues with her. I do not recommend this D.O. Her patient care is subpar and not open to find the root cause of anything especially if you’ve advocated for yourself. Long wait times waiting for your appointment. Doesn’t not care to send much time talking to you and would rather prescribe medication then do testing on your concerns. She’s a joke of a doctor. Recommend finding someone else, don’t waste your time.

After being with our previously much liked and accomplished primary doctor for 10 years, we are very relieved and pleased we can say the same about Dr. Simms and her staff after only a year. Would highly recommend Dr. Simms.

Dr. Simms is a superb doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. Doctor visits usually make me nervous, but Simms made me feel comfortable and she was very helpful. All the staff I met were friendly and made me feel calm as well.
