Allied Pacific Urgent Care

I was looking for an urgent care for my daughter on Monday night after 2 other pediatric clinics we stopped by was either closed or had 2+ hour wait. I called Allied Pacific and they were able to take us with very minimal wait. Paperwork and insurance process was very easy and they were able to see my daughter pretty quickly. We were in and out of the clinic in less than 30 mins and they sent our prescription over to CVS right away as well. Overall great experience, would visit again.

Nurse are very kind and gentle. Dr.Sania is an angel she understood my daughter need in a vulnerable state and listen to her needs and actually took the time to assess her medically. I love this urgent care best Patient Care.

First of all, the previous 1-star reviews are so true. I wish I had check them before coming. Isn't the point of "Urgent Care" is seeking immediate treatment/at least reducing the symptoms as the pain is becoming unbearable to the patient for them to wait for the next availability to see their doctor? At first I was informed of an hour wait and in the room there was only 4 patients sitting there. When getting my vitals check, it was informed to me that there was only one doctor. The nurse was all friendly and said that "he is worth the wait. he is very caring." That one hour became three as it was closed to the closing time and there are still around 4-5 patients behind me. The doctor was horrible, young Asian man. I forget his name. He totally disregard what we said, made us feel dumb for asking him to look into our daughters throat. Did not give our baby a thorough check, didn’t test her for anything, just prescribed her antibiotics and rushed us out. He asked what pharmacy we wanted the medication sent to and proceeded to send it to the wrong pharmacy. Horrible experience. Please go to another urgent care, they don’t care about their patients here

Horrible location. The younger lady in the front desk will put you last and make you wait much longer than all of the patients who came after you just because you are young and your symptoms don’t seem “serious enough.” Completely disregards your condition just because you look “young.” She profiles you and is horrible. Please go to any other urgent care if you can!! This location is absolutely trash and you’ll bet to be waiting more than 2+ hours if you’re young and your symptoms don’t seem as “severe.”
