PATTY & SHELLEY ARE 10 STARS !!!!!! They are PHENOMENAL!!!! These ladies TRUELY care about the patients that come into the office !!! They went above and beyond for my son who was a brand new patient to their office !!! EXCEPTIONAL service and a breathe of fresh air to have two people actually care about someone they do not know and do not have to go the extra mile for, but they did !!!! Truly impressed and deeply touched by their actions and overall demeanor!!! Thank you ladies for making the experience at AllerVie truly exceptional for my son and I. Dr. Shen was great as well, he took his time with my son and answered all my questions, also the lady that performed my sons allergy testing was so kind and caring and took the extra time in the room to answer all my what-if questions and was

I was seen very quickly even though I was 30 minutes early. The nurses were kind and friendly, and offered help for all of my questions. And Dr. Shen was direct in addressing my illness and went the extra mile to get a diagnosis. I will depend of AllerVie to care for all of my allergy needs when I am in Florida.

The office is super friendly; they remember you and go out of their way to help you. The doctor is great-doesn’t prescribe unnecessary medicine but makes sure you get what you need.

Shelly, Patrica, Sam and Patty are absolutely amazing and they take such good care of my son. Always so warm and welcoming and of course they had such great sense of humors

Have been going to Allervie health for some time now and the front desk staff is amazing! Always very polite and friendly. The entire staff is super nice and it just makes my weekly visit go very smoothly
