I was referred to MD Dermatology of Maryland by Tricare. I noticed some of the charges and was stunned that the appointments to do nothing but "check something out" were so expensive! They diagnosed my skin disorder and suggested an all over body check and I said ok since Tricare was paying. I did have a suspect freckle that they removed and there was minimal scarring (which is a positive). Yet, the freckle wasn't the reason I was there. I needed a procedure done for the skin disorder but had to schedule an appointment to get the area "checked out" (which was a separate appt from being at the office for them to check on the freckle removal site) and then couldn't schedule the actual procedure until over a month later! The receptionist at the front is a terribly rude lady! Will not be going to this doctor ever again. Maybe her boss should teach her some customer service skills.
