I’ve been going too family care pharmacy as my family uses it too as well all down to my baby girl. They are very caring Mrs Kay always gets it done if there is an issue she fixes it. I do not know anyone here who’s ever been rude except once and I give her a pass because I might be that way as well some days working this type of business. I take a lot of care and learning into my pharmacy I pick because it can only be one, and I would like to have nice respectful caring so sweet people like I found in family care with ms Kay and ms Phillis I’ve always been treated very kindly and friendly, and I love this pharmacy especially how easy it is to just stop in and see everybody and go is nice too I use to wait at cvs for over an hour at times. Anyone that doesn't give Family Care a 5 star review needs to check their meds. Kay is awesome as well as the staff. They are affordable and friendly. What else could you ask for.

I find the staff to be snotty and uncaring at times. I was told that they would no longer fill my prescription because I had received medicines at another pharmacy a few times the pharmacist was rude and had no explanation as to why she said it. She also had a flighty way with her and when I came in with my husband she actually told him maybe you can come in the door and make it out without anyone following behind you. I did get the jest of this at all. But she has been nasty , rude and disrespectful on other occasions she sometimes throws your items in the bag and practically tosses them at you. Had to use this place again today because I couldn't go to CVS. Nothing has changed since my last review 4 years ago. They're still terrible .... Weren't open on time (showed up 10 minutes after 9:00 and they were still locked up with no sign of opening soon). Had a perception filled through Good Rx and when I came up pick it up they claim they don't even deal with Good Rx .... Even though they're listed as a pharmacy that works with them. I really dislike this pharmacy and will drive the extra several miles in the future if unable to go to CVS across the Street. I'm actually surprised these guys are still in business.
