I hope calls are recorded so reviewers can know how awful the receptionist was. Called ion 1/5/26 at around 8:35 am to possibly change appointment time for Dr. Malloy. Receptionist accomodated me and at the end of the call , receptionist asked for my insurance id number and I said I cannot provide it at the moment as I was driving. I asked if there are other ways i can put it in online or i can provide it on the scheduled day, stoic and cold answer “none”, dead silence. Sounding like “go figure!” No options, just coldy and harshly answered that my schedule might get cancelled if I don’t provide it. You’re on your own and at the end of the line. Like she is god. Sounding she’s tired of the job and wanted full control of situation. She should not be in the front line as receptionist , call

The doctors are great, my family moves between Dr. Vanelli and Malloy, based on their availability It is nearly impossible to get even an annual appointment in a timely way. They are scheduled many months out and are often cancelled and rescheduled on their end. Shot clinic often has last minute closures. Doctors move between practice locations so they may only be at preferred location 1 or 2 days a week. The nurses in the shot clinic are hot or cold. Some kind and caring, some rude or rough. Front desk tends to be kind, best to call location directly as phone calls to the system are routed to someone in Kentucky for a central office. Absolutely horrible experience.. The lady that answered the phone refused to call my son's PCP to get the referral. I told her that I have the order number and NPI # and she refused to take it. Both the PCP and Allegy specialists are in the same network.. When telling the lady what my son was allergic to - she asked me to spell the word Doxycycline - she didn't even know what it is.. She was rude and unprofessional - I will be looking for another practice that actually cares and wants to schedule an appointment without being rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and find another specialists.

I have been coming to your office for years, now on my third physician(the first two retired). Dr. Vannelli was excellent. He asked the right questions to assess the problems, listened to my questions and desires, and gave succinct, coherent recommendations for my treatment.

Made apt on July 7th for Oct 14...wife gets a random text message at the end of August... Oh sorry your appointment was canceled, no reason, no new appointment, nothing... Call to reschedule. Not a phone call, nothing a random text message. Then I call and they offer me a January 2026 appointment... What a freaking joke of a place, you guys stink. I will find another place to go to. The reason was, oh the dr. canceled it... Thanks guys.
