Dr. Roleofs was condescending and extremely rude when I attempted to discuss the problems I was having with my immune system. He told me I had no issues and was extremely hesitant to even run an ANA on someone who just came out of the ER for spontaneous organ damage and is covered in rashes. Surprise, I officially DO have an autoimmune condition now!! Rude & condescending are the only two words to describe the care you will receive. The front desk was extremely rude to people calling in over legitimate questions. I highly encourage you to seek care anywhere else but here.

Will not be going back. Waited with months of suffering for the dr to tell me to take SIX Zyertec a day. On top of benadryl. And if that didn't work he'd give me a shot which I could also be allergic to and could not tell me what the shot does to stop or block hives. Did not attempt to find the route cause of them and did no tests. Just assumes chronic hives due to my lupus. Dont recommend. This was at the somersworth location.

I waited 2+ months for my first appointment. And I show up for my appointment the front desk staff is unable to answer my questions. So I leave without being seen by doctor nor my questions answered. This is ridiculous to wait that long in order to get medical help and then having to leave without any help. I could be dead because of them. The medical community should have more care for people than this, not turn people away, hire more doctors, or organize better scheduling. According to my experience and the reviews on the Internet reflect the truth of this business. They are horrible, unfriendly, and very unknowledgeable. Just another unfriendly business who has no customer care service.

I had a great experience here and would highly recommend Dr. Roelofs. He had a calming and pleasant attitude and took extra time to listen to me explain my symptoms/history; he also consistently asked if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed at all, and I’m walking away with answers and a solid treatment plan! I also highly enjoyed my time with nurse Jenna, who was incredibly kind and made the testing experience fun. Much appreciated!

I’ve been going to Dr. Kounavis for over a decade and can’t recommend him enough. He is very intelligent and always making sure to do what’s best for the patient. I drive over an hour to come to this office for appointments and am always pleased!
