Allergy and Asthma Associates, PA

Dr. Andrews was wonderful and very nice. Very good with my toddler and very good at explaining things to us. However, the woman who performed my daughter‘s allergy test was so incredibly rude to me and my husband that I was in shock! I don’t know if she was having a bad day and taking it out on us but she should not speak to people in the manner or tone in which she does.

Dr. Timothy Andrews is truly one of a kind. He genuinely cares, especially for kids who can’t speak or explain their conditions. He always takes the time to listen and observe, even with his busy schedule. You can tell he really wants what’s best for his patients. We feel so lucky to have a doctor like him thoughtful, kind, and always there when we need him.

My medical history is a little complicated but I could not have asked for a better visit than what I had this morning. From the kind lady at the front desk and the one who took my vitals, to Nurse Practioner Abby and Dr. Andrews, every one of them showed a kindness and compassion that went beyond expectations. They answered all of my questions with patience and gave me confidence I was in the right place.

I cannot recommend this practice enough! We initially visited due to our toddler having an egg allergy but recently visited due to unknown reasons for hives. Abby Davis was AMAZING with our two year old. Our toddler is extremely fearful of doctors and Abby was so patient. She waited to gain his trust and was able to do what she needed with him fully cooperating (I was so amazed). Each visit we also speak with Dr Andrews who is also amazing. Everything is always explained so throughly, and I’m never made to feel silly about questions or concerns I have.

Dr. Banks is absolutely brilliant! He was able to provide answers and a treatment plan when no other doctors had any idea what was going on. The nursing staff and administrative team are also top notch! I recommend this office to all my friends and family.
