All Star Children's Dentistry

We absolutely love this dentist office for our kids! The communication is always excellent; from scheduling to reminders to explaining everything clearly. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my children feel comfortable and safe, and they are always so patient and kind. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It makes such a difference as a parent to know your kids are in good hands. Highly recommend!

Children have been going here for almost 4 years now and things have changed drastically. The last visit for each of them (separate days and separate times) were unnecessarily long at least two hours and they were both just simple six month check ups. Very dissatisfied with the last visits for each child in not sure if they’re short staffed or what the reason is but sitting in a room for a long amount of time with no communication with children is just not ideal. Wondering if having an appointment even matters and considering switching my children to another dentist. The only thing I was happy with was the customer service from the front desk and a tech that goes by either Rose or Rosa. Would give 0 stars if possible. VERY unprofessional and doesn’t inform patients before their scheduled appointments that they aren’t doing any treatment without a consultation first. WAS scheduled for just a consult but was told it was for treatment, my son hasn’t eaten since the night before and to find out he’s not getting anything done. Then REFUSES services because of a frustrated parent for the miscommunication on THEIR end. What a joke this place is. Now we have to miss school and work and waste my time for something that was mislead and didn’t happen. Nice job. I don’t need you to even respond to this review with the same bs generated response you put on all the reviews.

We live an hour away and it's worth every second of the drive. I have never seen or had a better experience for child dentistry. They are considerate and patient, kind and thoughtful, and good with kids of all ages and needs. Stop thinking about it, go!

Despite all the bad reviews I saw about wait times I was actually seen in less than 20 minutes as I was also 10 minutes early but was called surprisingly fast. Everyone was very professional and attentive. I will definitely be going back.
