The dentist and Doctor were very friendly; however, the receptionist "Mary" and the supervisor seemed like an opposite. Since I have an insurance cover up to $1500 a year, then I came for the check up. Mary was explained me everything EXCEPT I have to pay out of my pocket for a $100 for an irrigation prevention. I was very surprise when she said I have to pay for it because she didn't even mention the insurance is not cover it at all. Then I called her supervisor later to talk about it and the supervisor said it was my fault for not listening carefully at the moment, but let's just think about it..."who is willing to pay out of pocket for $100 when they have to pay their health insurance $500 every month?" Eventhough the dentist and Doctor were very nice and did a good, I will never come b

My friend recommended me this location! The staff was super friendly and professional. They explained to me everything and were super understanding of all my questions since it's been a while since I'd gone to the dentist. The location is a bit hidden, but the interior feels really clean and modern. It was a bit busy so it took a little time to get my deep cleaning, but my mouth and gums are feeling pristine.

Caring dentist and high quality dentistry. Reasonable fees and clean facility.

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist avoid this place.
