Staff truly go above and beyond providing residents and family peace of mind. The communication between the staff and the family was excellent. The family was always informed about the patient's progress and care plan.The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and there are a variety of engaging activities for the residents.

The staff was pleasant, very efficient in welcoming visitors and getting them registered. The facility was very clean. Residents were out of their rooms engaged in various activities. The nurses were courteous. The Administrator was an amazing young man who took me on a tour of the facility, and I observed how affable he was with the patients. It's truly a home away from home.

I am grateful for these type of facilities to care for our loved ones. My mother happens to be at the Lawndale Health and Wellness Facility in Lawndale. For the most part, the staff is good. I make it a point to visit regularly, and I speak with the staff, and I try to attend the functions that they have for the residents. My biggest problem is that my mother's clothes and a seat cushion have come up missing. I realize that their responsibilities are many, but they have to treat the residents with respect, just like they're their own family! I give them 3 stars because there is room for growth. Keep up the good work.

I was given a list of facilities by the hospital for my uncle. It was his first time at a nursing home and it was crucial we found the best option for him. At first glance we noticed it was clean and no smell as we toured the building. Everyone seemed so personable and understood the big decision we had to make. I also enjoyed seeing how the nurses interacted with the patients. I met in the admissions office with Justin and Brenda who provided me with peace of mind on my choice of facility, I was even able to meet the administrator Yitzi. I definitely would recommend them to any family looking for a safe and family oriented facility.

Today was the first day that my mom was a resident at Lawndale Healthcare Center. All of the staff that we met were kind and caring. There were many questions from both sides on intake. The staff took their time and were friendly and engaging. They were understanding about my mom’s poor hearing. We got my mom settled in and she was comfortable. Her bed was near a big double window, so she could watch what was going on outside. This facility was not fancy. It is an Medi/Medi facility and similar to other similar level skilled nursing homes. The things we liked that are not at all such places, were that each bed had a small TV at the foot, with cable channels. There was also free WiFi for the resident and guests. There was a free parking lot in the back. Along one side was a yard with gras
