Great place! Was feeling nervous at first because I've never done anything like this before. Dr Rommel was very professional, and was very welcoming & comfortable to speak with! Definitely feeling relieved, but I highly recommend you get everything taken care of with him!

If I can give this place a 0 stars I would. Let’s start with how rude OLGA is, I called because I simply need the date I took my son in and she sounded very annoyed when the call started. I had called at 9:30am no one ever answered until I left a voicemail , Olga asked me to call back at 1pm with no reason. I call back at 1pm and here we are getting a voicemail box vs a business line. She then asked me question and after answering her questions she tells me I’m unable to get the date my son attended this facility, keep in mind I signed FORMS because my son was 5 days old and gave a form of identification. According to Olga there’s no records of my signature OR forms I signed on behalf of my 5 day old son. I asked why and what had happen and she straight out hung up on me. I tried calling b
