Lawndale Pet Hospital

This place is a mess. I tried to give it a shot and I gave it multiple visits but the staff talks to you like you're an idiot, they don't do any appointments that aren't surgery related so everything is on a walk-in basis. Even if you're the first person there, you could wait hours like I did. I tried mentioning to them that I was a vet tech of many, many years it's just no longer my current profession. And then they look at me like I'm the problem when I'm trying to save them time with telling me how to administer oral antibiotics at home. They're disgusted with you. I was in surgery, cardiology, and spent years in internal medicine and also spent time teaching proper anesthetic protocols that staff doesn't even get trained on. I had to take my precious cat Coco to Dr.Lynch as an emergency today. The whole staff very professional, caring and considerate. I was so upset because my cat was not urinating in his box and it had been two days. They did the test they determine that it wasn’t a blockage and I have to say the visit was extremely reasonable. Dr. Lynch never tried to upsell me. If you’re looking for a vet that truly likes what they’re doing I would come to this Office. Dr. Lynch is truly a dying breed of veterinarians.

Very grateful for the compassion my family and I received when we had to unfortunately put our beloved pet to rest. All the staff were respectful and understanding of our situation with no judgement. I truly appreciate this hospital for making such a devastating situation a little easier. Their words of comfort were very much needed in the moment and I could not be anymore thankful. I also want to thank everyone for the sweet card we received signed by the caring staff offering condolences for our loss. It was a pleasant surprise that my family and I truly appreciate. The staff was very nice in considerate of my large breeds special personality. Dr. Lynch is very nice and I never feel like I'm being pressured into getting unneeded services when I'm here.

I like this hospital, they take good care of your furry family. Since it's not appointment based, first you wait in line to get registered. Then they tell you approximately how long till you will be called in. After they call you in, it goes smoothly and efficiently. You might have a shirt wait in the lobby till they prep your room. The staff and doctors are very nice and friendly.
