I am writing to share feedback regarding my visit to your office today. As an entrepreneur, I fully understand and respect that businesses operate within certain protocols and policies, and that these are in place to ensure consistency and safety for both staff and clients. I also recognize that there are times when a customer's expectations may not align with company policy—and that clear, respectful communication is key in those moments. That said, I was disappointed by how I was spoken to during my visit. This is my second visit to your office, and unfortunately, the first visit was also met with poor customer service. Dr. Zhang has taken care of my family's dental needs for years. We have much less dental issues under her watch. I used to go to her Royersford office, but lately prefer this place because it's less busy. Dr. Zhang is a very skillful dentist. She did a root canal for me many years ago and my son had a dental emergency lately. The outcomes have always been great.

My son and I love seeing Dr zhang. She is the friendliest dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The office is clean and tidy and she always takes us on time. The other workers seems really happy too and my teeth are very clean and strong with NO cavities! I just recently got a bite plate made at a very low cost. I can’t wait to stop using these cheap rubber ones in place of the one dr zhang made me.

Needed a new dentist and was lucky enough to find Dr Zhang. Very friendly staff and very welcoming. They worked with me and helped me through my anxiety. Thank you for all your help!! Review update: upon initial visit I told them I did not want any METAL products in my mouth. Then while dealing with heightened anxiety they asked if I wanted to switch to "a harder material" switched to metal filling. And I have been having issues as of 3 weeks ago.
