I went in toady cause I had an ear infection and found out my other ear was starting to get infected. Lupe and Kim are GOD sends! Kim ended up checking both ears for me and cleaning them out and I could hear again! I am a muscian and this really affected my career and Kim and Lupe really helped me and I'm thankful! They are the best trust me.

Kim and Lupe were calm and helpful and took great care of us.

I decided to give it a try today because it's close to my area. Usually I would go to Pasadena ones. The minute I walked in. The front desk lady asked if I had a mask, I said no. I asked if you can provide one, she said yes but needs to pay $1 with CASH. I said I don't have any, then she said I will give it free this time. The next thing is to get my insurance card and my license to see if it's covered. She said I will have a co-pay of $55 with CASH, NO CARD. I asked if I could ask my husband to come and pay after. She said No, or you ask your husband to bring the money including the $1 mask fee and Copay. First time in my life, the lady said I was not in the system even though I told her it's under my husband's name. She said I don't see it, you either pay Cash or go somewhere else. EVERY

I went in today after a car accident, and the doctor walks into the room and just says “why are you here?” in a rude tone. Did not even say hello. We went back and forth and he just kept saying “ok so why are you here? I can’t help you.” I walked out in tears. Even if it wasn’t the correct place for me to be, he could have delivered that information with some bedside manner. Don’t ever go here! The ladies at the front desk were lovely, but the doctor is horrible!!
