Writing this on behalf of my uncle who had a horrendous experience with Andrew Fung D.O., and the front desk. Keep in mind, my uncle has been going to this clinic for several decades and this is his first time seeing Dr Andrew Fung, who was extremely inconsiderate, rude, and unhelpful. Uncle went in to receive the documents needed for his blood work. They gave him the WRONG documents, it was the blood work papers for another patient of theirs (who is female and not even the same gender as my uncle). They were not careful and didnt check the paper before giving it to him! So he had to go back a 2nd time to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the front desk and doctor kept claiming that no mistake was made, not checking the name on the paper and still insisting that they were right. They

Zero stars if I could. Honestly, this was one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all—they just kept saying “no” to everything and didn’t seem to care about patients. The doctor wasn’t any better and even tried to give me medication I didn’t need. They also have a pharmacy inside the clinic, and even though they ask which pharmacy you want, they basically push you into using theirs. It felt really unethical. For the nurse, they are super funny. They are ask me which pharmacy i want to go when I haven't seen the doctor yet. How did nurse know I need to take medicine? So funny. I also did a body check, and they wouldn’t give me my test results for weeks. When I asked for them, they refused unless I booked another appointment. It really felt like

Doctors are good and nice. But the front assistant they are soo rude. They are not helpful! There are no good customer service skills! Those people need to be train for a good customer service! I pay $100 dollars for my disability paper. No consideration!

The doctor was nice but overall I did get good service. I went for a simple checkup and had some lab work done the same day. No one ever followed up with me for over two weeks. I could not access any lab reports online. I had to call and they told me I need to schedule an in-person visit within 4 weeks. Meanwhile, I was in the dark about my blood test results. They told me if you don't wear a mask, they wont' provide service. When I asked if they had any masks, they charged me a dollar, unlike other providers where it's free. It seems like the business is intended primarily for Chinese patients as the the main signs were all in Chinese and and English was a secondary language.

The reviews are legit, the front desk dont know anything. I paid to get my leave of absence form filled out and instead they told me to fill it out myself. Im not even a doctor and they have me filling out sections that are highlighted for physician only! Doctors are great staff not so much
