Worst scheduling, always late to handle appointments No concern for patients having to wait. They tell you to be 15 minutes early.
My appointment was at 9:15 am, it's 10:55 and I still haven't seen a Doctor or PA! I've encountered this often here at Urology Associates. Why such a long wait?
