Albertsons Pharmacy

This store suffers from a complete failure of leadership and professional standards. Manager Grant demonstrates a profound lack of competence, while his reported practice of retaliating against customers who seek corporate resolution is unacceptable. Furthermore, Steve in the pharmacy fails to meet even the most basic expectations of service. Exercise extreme caution; this establishment is dysfunctional.

They are always on top of filling scripts. Staff is friendly and I love the text reminders and notifications. The pharmacists are really great and I really appreciate all the hard work they do having to deal with so many difficult people.

At 1:26pm on Sunday, September 21,2025, I was standing in line at the pharmacy. I know the exact time because my husband took our groceries to check-out while I waited in line at the pharmacy. The customer ahead of me took a long time, finally it's my turn, the pharmacy girls say, "SORRY, BUT WE ARE CLOSING FOR LUNCH" I was dumbfounded! They both met my eyes while I was waiting in line....they couldn't have told me that they were going to close 4 minutes earlier and saved me standing in line, or better yet, WAIT ON ME! I am transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

My first experience at Albertsons RX. I found they were expeditious and efficient. I'm glad I switched.

I’m done with Albertsons pharmacy they never have my stuff ready when they have text us that it is. I was greeted by a tech that had blue hair and pearcing all over her face! I’m not against that except this is a pharmacy! Really. She was nice enough but told us all we had to do is call and they would have our stuff ready. Why the text the!? I stood at the window for a while while 3 other people I could see said nothing to me. Like it would be just a minute Ugg! So done!
