every time you call it wont go through, it has you go through the automation and when you get to the point you can talk to someone it just sends you straight to a mailbox that is not accepting messages. roughly 2 in every 12 calls will even ring without immediately sending you to voicemail. I have never called there and gotten to speak with someone without having to call 6 times back to back and deal with the automated menu each time. would love to see their communication system improve. kind of a deal breaker for me.

Great customer service! Fast and efficient with little wait times! Work with you to get best possible outcomes with insurance and if they are out of something will call over to nearest pharmacy who will then take your script and fill it:) all you have to do is drive over to the place and even if it looses them business they just care that you are getting your MEDS as fast as you need them rather then make you wait so they may make a few bucks! Terrific pharmacy personnel. Had product in stock and informed me what other items I would need for an upcoming procedure. Even took the time to physically show me on the shelf items I needed. Competitors wouldn't do that.
