Albertsons Market Pharmacy

My siblings and a friend went to the Albertsons pharmacy in Los Lunas to get their flu shots, and the experience was very disappointing. While they were standing in line, simply talking and laughing together, an employee named Truly raised her voice at them in front of other customers, telling them to be quiet. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. Even though she was able to administer the flu shots, she refused to help them and made them wait nearly an hour until another employee returned. It was very clear she was doing this out of irritation rather than any real reason related to the job. That is absolutely unacceptable for someone working in a healthcare environment. Fortunately, Jordan was wonderful. She apologized for the situation, was kind, patient, and took great care of them.

Me and my brother and my friend had went to the pharmacy to get are flu shots and we were laughing about a few jokes just talking among ourselves and this lady named truly yelled at us while we were standing in line to be quiet in front of multiple people because we were a ““ laughing too loud and proceeded to make us wait for an entire hour to give us our flu shot until the other lady got back Even though she was capable of doing the shot. She didn’t want to because we were making too much noise so she made us wait and Jordan was absolutely amazing. She’s the one that took care of us with our flu shots. She was very kind very sweet. Everyone at the pharmacy has been extremely helpful, and courteous, if I have any questions; whether it's in person or over the phone, they are more than happy to answer them. I appreciate that the pharmacy texts me when my prescriptions are ready to pick up so I don't have to wait.

Wait 2 days to pick up and when you show up they say it will be an hour. You try calling before hand so you don’t waste a trip and they neverrr pick up the phone. Had it with this place. Also a guy that said his name was Cecil that was there on shift about 540pm on 12/2 was extremely rude and unprofessional. This pharmacy should be shut down. It took me 2 days to get my son’s inhaler because they wouldn’t answer the phone to transfer it.

Great staff. I believe April turned the pharmacy around and the staff are happy, friendly and professional. Thank you April, Mary, Sara, Truly, Jordyn and everybody else. Appreciate your commitment to serve your customers.
