Excellent care at Duke City Urgent Care in Los Lunas. All staff members were very kind and friendly. Special thanks to Caitlyn Duran PA. very informative, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. She was wondering! Alex the ex ray tech too was very kind and patient. I recommend this location to all my family and friends.

My husband and I needed care this morning. We were fortunate to visit DCUC in Los Lunas. Everyone was kind and efficient, questions & exam clarifying, results and instructions all appreciated. The facility is spacious, tidy & clearly well managed. We’re glad we went there.

I have gone to Duke City Urgent Care for years and have generally received good care. Unfortunately, my experience on February 11, 2026 was very different. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. with a foot injury and was triaged and placed in a room around 5:00 p.m. The nurse practitioner (Charlie Gabaldon) I saw provided only a referral to a podiatrist and no treatment or basic first aid. If this injury was outside the scope of care, I wish that had been communicated earlier so I could have sought appropriate treatment elsewhere rather than waiting. I left feeling dismissed and unsupported and was visibly distraught. The following day, I called to obtain information about the provider and to ask how to file a grievance. They treated me and my husband wonderfully and took very good care of us. Everyone there all the way to the receptionist are just very nice people and make ur visit very comfortable. Came in with heart attack symptoms. Waited over three hours while the woment at the desk lied and said a provider was about to walk into the room. I waited another 15 minutes and no one showed up. Don't even bother coming here. Just die in the comfort of your own room. This place is ridiculous
