Customer service used to be better. New people now the heigienest could have had better bedside manners, more gentle , she could have asked if she was hurting me or being to rough.. previous Dennis, I first saw has left and the front office person has left. It was not the same hygienist either. I’m not sure if she had a day off or what. But seems to be new people there and just not the same place. Also it doesn’t smell like a dentist office. Should it smells like sweet candle warmers Office minty.

What Happened? I have been coming to VFD for over four years and have always had positive experiences—until now. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was informed of a two-hour delay for my cleaning. As a result, I requested to reschedule. At that point, the office manager informed me that I had an outstanding balance on my account, which I later learned was due to a billing error on their end. When I asked for an itemized invoice to better understand the charge, her demeanor became hostile. She raised her voice, stated that “they don’t do invoices,” and threatened to send the balance to collections. When I asked how I could make a payment, she suggested that I pay her directly rather than using the online system or credit card machine. I explained that the amount she was requesting did

Reception and hygienist were great and deserve a high rating, however the dentist that saw me was not customer oriented at all, I would not recommend her to anyone. I already have a fear/anxiety about dental work and she did nothing to make me comfortable or ease my fears. She was quite discourteous unfortunately. Did not give me a very good impression of an office that was recommended to me. Hoping that Dr. Tim will be better to deal with when I go in for procedure.

My gosh is this place wonderful… my husband has several medical conditions that make dentist visits difficult, dental assistant Lisa and dr Timothy Smith were so patient and understanding they made the visit for him wonderful… thank you guys so much, if you any work on your teeth done we recommend this place 100%… thank you

Me and my son went in for regular cleaning. They demanded I needed more then regular cleaning. I told them I just wanted a cleaning today. They refused to just do the cleaning. Told them no thank you that I would go somewhere else. It was my sons turn. They wanted to do yearly xrays. I told them that he had them done in March, April of this year. They said they didn't have records for those Xrays. And that they would not givehime his cleaning without them. I told them that I brought him and even questioned why he was getting more the 6 xrays. Regardless they would not give him his cleaning. They charged me for canceling both appointments, even though they were the ones that refused to do what the appointments were scheduled for.
