I’m giving this staff and Dr. ALBA GUTIERREZ a 1 star review. The staff is very unprofessional, on their cell phones, gossiping about personal life matters with their colleagues while patients can hear everything they are talking about. The front office, has their patients on hold for up to 30 minutes even longer and STILL hangs up on them mid conversation. Dr. ALBA GUTIERREZ & her staff have a history of not listening to their patients& neglecting their patients. I had a personal experience as a family member of mine is a patient and unfortunately, this office is the very few that takes their insurance. My relative nearly lost their life because Dr ALBA GUTIERREZ failed to listen and do the proper diagnosis and care which led my family member to be rushed to the hospital in icu then have
