Would not recommend this place they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy.. trying calling and no answer!

Went to this location for a rapid covid test twice and I will say I was not disappointed in the least. The staff is extremely attentive, they are constantly make rounds checking in on every single person making line. It is amazing how they are always kind and will answer questions even if they are juggling a bunch of tasks constantly. The paperwork is very standard and can be filled out in a matter of a minutes. For the test itself, you just have to give out your date of birth and you will receive your id and insurance back and a nasal swab will be administered in both of your nostrils. After that you just wait for your results to be called out and you get a physical copy. The only thing that I would consider an inconvenience is that you have to make line outside, but it is understandable

at least one little mistake from poorly trained staff every time i've gone there. which eventually adds up to a big mistake. berated by nurse and doctor for a small drop of blood on paper table cover. blamed for some of these above mistakes. got my middle initial wrong which screwed up billing and lab work. waiting for 2 hours until walkins are seen even though i have an appointment. given an appointment for provider i did not request. etc.
