Pioneers Health Center Dr. Suliman

Dr. Lizette Campos denied my daughter's visit although we explained we entered the wrong building. The signs show PMH 203 & PMH 103. We went into the 103 where we were redirected to the other ste. She canceled the appt. There was NO ONE there waiting to be seen.

When paperwork is ready, they call to inform you to pick it up, you go to pick it up and are told you can’t have access to it because the nurse is on break. Why doesn’t someone else have the ability to give you said paperwork? Now driving back to El Centro in a storm without the paperwork you came to get. Get better office management, people’s lives are at stake. Ridiculous

I would give zero if I can. Worst of the worst experience, made me wait almost 2 hours and I did not received attention

I had an appointment at 9:45am I been here waiting to be call. It’s now 10:32 haven’t heard anything from them. I don’t recommend this office at all. People aren’t following the 6 feet rule and social distancing. Waiting area is way too small..
