Filled scripts from Safeway Very friendly and polite
Been coming here for years. An amazing store.
Pharmacists are overworked and often take days to fill a prescription. One time I was scheduled by one pharmacist to complete my Shingles injection on a Sunday and the other pharmacist told me to come back the next day!
If you see that its getting busy, or a line is getting way backed up, how about you postpone 15 minute conversations with the older customers. I won't be going to the pharmacy unless that's all I have planned for that day I guess. Last month I also had to call insurance in order to get a prescription replaced. They requested the pharmacy contact them to get everything set up. I asked them to call my insurance, made sure they had the number, and never heard back again.
Very caring staff. They have filled last minute prescriptions for me in times of need. So grateful for them all!!
