I really wish I didn’t have to write this publicly, but there’s no way to submit feedback or a complaint directly to the office, so this seems to be the only way to share what happened and hopefully get some positive change. We have been patients here for many years. This practice used to be such a warm, kid-friendly, welcoming place. My children always walked out happy and excited to come back. Sadly, that hasn’t been our experience anymore. The receptionist has been rude and dismissive for a while, not pleasant, but something I was willing to overlook since it didn’t affect my kids directly. But today, even the hygienist, was impatient, edgy, and entirely lacking in warmth. She spoke to the kids in a belittling, negative tone, and everything they did was wrong and treated as a problem.

Yes, one's you kid is in the chair they are very good but until you get an appointment for a follow up you will wait a minimum of 5-6 months just for a cavitie, and you might wait in the waiting room another hour....like I did with some others all being extremely upset not even getting approximately how long more.....

Top quality team of dental and ortho experts. Amazing office with a huge fish tank that entertains the kids. Highly recommend Dr. Bersson and his staff.

Not really a dentist office...more like a prize store where they happen to check your teeth! Very kid friendly place
