Akeso Oral, Facial & Dental Implant Surgery – Nottingham

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Jen took AMAZING care of me today. I’m terrified of the dentist and her calm professional demeanor made this visit so easy. She couldn’t have done more to get me settled in and comfortable. Dr.Brown is also AMAZING. She let me know exactly what she was doing in every step of the procedure. She constantly checked on me and made sure I was doing alright and wasn’t feeling any discomfort throughout the procedure. I didn’t feel a thing and now I finally have relief.

I had a great experience at Akeso Oral yesterday with my son. Check in was quick and easy, with a short waiting time. The nurse was very helpful in answering questions and even found a chair so that I would be comfortable while they serviced my son. Dr. Brown was super friendly and explained every detail in words that we could understand. Overall, this office is very friendly and welcoming to all customers. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Dr Brown and her assistant Jen were very nice. I had 2 of my wisdom tooth extracted. Dr Brown explained the surgery very well, she was the 3rd dentist I visited. I decided not to use the first 2 I visited because of their terrible bedside manners. Dr Brown was different. I highly recommend this office. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Everyone I've met working at Akeso at Nottingham is both pleasant and professional. They are prompt and communicate every step of the way. Have you been to an office where it seemed like no one wanted to be there? This is the opposite of that. I do not want to go anywhere else for my dental procedures.

Everyone was very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown is amazing at what she does, quick and painless with my procedure. Jenn energy is definitely what you need before having any work done. She made me feel stress free and whenever you’re going to have any medical work done that is the type of environment you’re looking for.
