Airport Freeway Animal Emergency Hospital

From the first time we walked in 10/20/25 @930pm these people gave us warm and positive vibe. The reason they didn’t get 5 was because I felt like they were understaffed. Poor nurse was doing 5 peoples job. She was doing ivs, discharge,intake,and meds. It felt like eternity waiting for the next step. We ended up having to return the next morning which is when we had to make the decision to let our baby go. He was suffering and just tired. The nurses and doctors on staff at 9 am on 10/21/25 were absolutely amazing and caring. They gave us a room to say our goodbyes and never once rushed us. Everything was on our time and my babies. He went peacefully and they even offered to cremate him and gave us a nice little keepsake when we left that day. We as humans don’t deserve our pets and to know

Last year, Jan 8th, we had to rush our beautiful sweetheart 24 year old pup Magu to this place to have them put him down. He was battling seizures all night long and wouldn't snap out of it. He was old and had a wonderful life! I will never forget this place and their kind and caring team.

My cat recently suffered from a urinary blockage and the staff at Airport Fwy Animal ER were so kind, considerate, and helpful the whole way through. I’d like to especially thank Dr. Nguyen for his kindness and knowledge/education he provided me with, as well as Haley for her absolute support with my many, many, many questions I have had as an anxious pet parent. Also— the front desk attendants have been wonderful, both the woman who helped me at 10am on March 3rd and the young man who helped me today.

The good people at this animal hospital are a God send and by far the absolute best and most professional hospital clinic I have ever been through. I had to bring my Pomchi Here on an emergency post surgery, the facility Who did Sergio did not have staff all night and my pup was possibly not gonna make it till the next day. I called in and they were so kind about explaining everything to me and told me to bring him right in. He had to stay three days and the whole time they informed me about everything that was happening and what the plan was. They even allowed for me to go see him as many times as I needed and ask as many questions that I had at any moment. Exceptional doctors and staff that give excellent care and truly care about your pet. They saved my lab’s life and continued to follow her through her recovery. They were always quickly responsive and patient with me (and I know I was a little much as I was distraught about my lab’s critical condition). I cannot say enough good things about them. I’ve been an ICU nurse for 34 years and have only taken care of humans, not animals, but I know exceptional care when I see/experience it…....and the veterinarians, and staff, at Airport Freeway Animal EmergencyHospital are truly the best of the best!
