Worse service ever had to bring back the hearing aids three times because they could not do a simple fix That would take a five year old 5 minutes to fix. But the only reason I didn't do it.They said it would void the warranty i'm now going to another company. And luckily , I got my money back

After several years of working with Liz and John I was convinced it was time to update my hearing aids (mine were 6 years old). The new ones were picked up today. Wow what a big difference. I love them. Affordable Hearing is a great place for those of us who struggle with hearing loss, and they are not high pressure sales. Thank you Liz, John and Julie!.

John and his staff were courteous and friendly. I am happy with the results. I received a fair price for the Phonak Lumity a couple of years ago from Affordable Hearing Clinic and will be doing business with them again.

Customer service is horrible. Was told by John Jendrasiak at Affordable Hearing Clinic I might be able to get my hearing aids before going on vacation. Heard nothing from John after that. Called three days after returning from vacation because I still not heard from him. Had difficulty scheduling an appointment and I was told it was my fault because I was gone for two weeks. When John finally did bring them, it was 10 days before my 60 day trial period ended according to the document I was given as a receipt and two months were deducted from my warranty. The first time I wore one of the hearing aids, a piece fell off. I found it and put it back on. The second time I wore it, it fell off again. I emailed John about the warranty issue and the missing piece. He emailed back saying both would
