AFC Urgent Care Statesville

Everyone was very friendly and efficient from the front desk to the treatment room. Kirby and all the staff in the treatment rooms were so thorough and in a wonderful caring way. Took very good care of me. Very knowledgeable and I felt confident when leaving there I had received proper treatment for my injury. They were busy but they kept things flowing in a timely manner. Would recommend

Everyone was very friendly from Darla at the front desk to nurse Kirby and doctor Tiffany. The wait was not long on walk in and with the GI distress I was in they checked urine I was given IV fluids and anti-nausea medicine. This was a much more pleasant experience than going to an ER and they seemed pretty full service. Everything was very clean and sterile. Nurse Kirby checked on me many times and made sure I was comfortable. The office manger, Blake, even stopped by to introduce herself since I was there for a bit and to see if I needed anything. I will definitely recommend!

This was my first time visiting this urgent care and I would definitely recommend. I came in for myself and my child. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Checking in was easy for our first time being there and we were in and out pretty fast, even with waiting for test results. I was also pleasantly surprised that they called a couple days later to follow up and make sure my family was recovering well.

Great experience. The receptionist was very helpful. They got me right in to the nurse who was pleasant. The doctor listened to everything I had to say and asked the appropriate questions. Definitely my new go to for urgent care needs.

Bought my son in who is suffering from some type of bug/infection as of now we have been sitting now heading to a half hour 30 minutes. The office is lovely but there’s not a balance of appointments and walk-in’s. I’m assuming the majority of folks made appts prior but there should be prioritizing both ways. My son just got called back and that nice co-pay was taken first and foremost. My son might come again but I won’t. Y’all have a wonderful day.
