AFC Urgent Care Saugus

I recently had the pleasure of visiting AFC Urgent Care in Saugus, MA, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided by Jennifer, Kelsey, and Pete. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for, which made a significant difference in my experience. **Jennifer** greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring I felt comfortable and understood. Her professionalism and genuine care set a positive tone for my visit. **Kelsey** was equally impressive. She was thorough in her assessments and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. AFC Urgent Care Saugus is fantastic! I was able to book my appointment online with ease and was seen in less than an hour. Once I arrived, I was in and out in just 20 minutes, with no wait time at all. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful and efficient service!

If I could rate 0 I would. Booked a 12:30 appt today for a sick visit followed by a slight asthma flare up checked in 12:28pm mind you I’m the only patient in there.. they ordered lunch.. I looked at the time it was 12:50 I asked “excuse me do you know when I’ll be called in?” The receptionist asked came back and told me they said “they don’t know” Good way to treat patients please do better. That was just actual laziness and neglect.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. The staff—especially Peter and Kelsey—are incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. It was a great experience for both me and my partner!

This has been my second visit and each time the wait was a short wait time. The care was great. They were attentive and listened to self advocation. It's a great way to avoid an emergency room
