It’s clearly visible your staff needs more training. Need to follow basic protocol of health care. Don’t shake while drawing blood, why you need to move needles while drawing blood, may be it helps to do your job, but that didn’t felt normal. Also why would you bite off your globs, and touch vein with finger. There could be saliva on your finger. I don’t know, I was here for very specific things, and the staff were friendly and nice which was a good part.

I got there about an hour after they opened and was seen right away. Since it’s an Urgent Care facility they couldn’t do extensive testing but the Nurse Practitioner was reassuring and knowledgeable. The discharge paperwork clearly lines out what I should do next. It was overall a pleasant experience, considering the circumstances.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Luckily I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time. The waiting room was empty when I arrived so I got in rather quickly. When I left there were quite a few people that had just come in. My MA and NP were kind. They listened to my concerns and gave me the information I needed to hopefully avoid a sinus infection in the future!! Thank you to all!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The dr who saw me was soft spoken, kind, and knowledgeable. I was in and out fairly quick with swab tests results and a drs note. Had a virtual visit that also went well. NP was patient and professional and listened to everything I had to say. She wrote me a drs note but I never received it so I called the office to inquire how I can access the note electronically and was met with an unhelpful and seemingly annoyed staff. The NP who saw me was nice though.

Very knowledgeable and polite staff. Very thankful they are located where they are. I went in feeling pretty sick and was seen quickly. I am a recent cancer survivor so I have seen many providers over the past couple of years. This was top notch. Isolating my problem quickly and sending me off with the necessary medications and instructions. Thank you.
