AFC Urgent Care Fountain City TN

My son Aries (10months old) had a cough and chest congestion, I felt as if this Urgent Care had more control and had all the answers to my questions. I was attending very fast and felt very welcomed. I recommend this place for anyone who has babies, it seems as if they prioritize babies well being. 5/5 stars

Excellent experience. I went to the webpage to pick a time to come in (NOT an appointment, just a reserve time for paperwork), got an instant confirmation text as well as a link to complete the paperwork before arriving. Check-in was friendly and easy, and the wait was extremely short. This is the second time I've had to go see Dr. Keese for a steroid injection into my shoulder for bursitis, and he is awesome! He talks me through it, answers any questions, and the injection is virtually painless. If you an illness or injury and need to see someone relatively quicky, I highly recommend going here.

My two receptionist were absolutely amazing and super kind, funny and polite as I had to fill out forms. My nurse was also very genuine and helpful. Chris, the nurse practitioner was over the top as always is it great care of me. I can’t say enough about how great it was even on a busy day. They were extremely efficient and kind. I’m a big fan of AFC Urgent care in Fountain City

I have been in your clinic 2 or 3 times since May 2025 and every time I have been in it has been WONDERFUL!! The minute I walked in the door until the moment I left the entire staff was kind, friendly and very welcoming! The Dr and PA’s had a great and caring bedside manner! I highly recommend your clinic to everyone! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and keep up the excellent care!♥️

The registration staff was wonderful. Very timely and kind. The first lady that took my vitals was super sweet and understanding. When the doctor came in he was very quick to send me to the emergency room. I explained my situation and how this has happened before, and I do not think it is necessary. I work at a diagnostic imaging center. If he could write an order, I could get an immediate answer without charge. The ER was not only unnecessary, but very expensive compared to free and immediate care. He refused to listen and even made up symptoms that I told him I did not have. It is frustrating as a woman to even consider going to a doctor when you get treatment like this. I almost did not go because while I was in immense pain, I had a fear that I would not be taken seriously. Unfortunate
