AFC Urgent Care Clark

Had a wonderful experience at AFC Urgent Care in Clark. Check in process was smooth and quick. Started the process online. Checked at the kiosk when I arrived and was seen by the care team within 5 minutes of my arrival. The care team was very attentive, listened and made the experience enjoyable. I was seen by the nurse practitioner within 10 minutes and out the door with a prescription within 20 minutes. This is how healthcare should work so situation like checking on a persistent cough that has been keeping me up all night for the past week. Got my prescription sent to my pharmacy and hope to be feeling better soon. They said they would even follow up with me the next day to see how I’m doing. Great service. Great care. Highly recommend!

I would never go back to this facility. I recently bought my daughter in for an arm injury. The nurse was super friendly the dr on the other hand was not. I kind of felt like an inconvenience to her when asked if an x-ray could be done. She seemed hesitant on wanting to actually do it (god forbid you make anyone do their job anymore). 20-30 mins go by after the xray was completed and no one came in to give us updates. After 30 plus minutes my husband had to go out and check to make sure someone was going to come back (how embarrassing). She finally came back and said she was fine and just gave her Motrin. She didn’t even check my daughter’s arm out at all. Long story short after following up with my daughter’s pediatrician I found out that she has nursemaids elbow. The pediatrician even qu

When I went there today I was helped by 4 staff members and they were all SO kind and helpful. I hurt my ankle really bad and they treated me with such amazing care. I got Tina’s name and she was lovely, I unfortunately didn’t get the other three names before leaving but I came today 2/24 around 6:30 pm so I would like to acknowledge the other three staff members on duty as well. This was my first time coming in this location and it will be my go to going forward because of all of them :)

I walked in and was greeted by the people at the front desk. They were very friendly. I checked in. I sat for two minutes and was brought back into a room. The nurse came in very professional. He took my blood pressure again very nice.. The doctor came in after she was lovely listen to me and helped me. If this wasn’t an urgent care, I would probably make this place my general doctor. I would definitely come back again.

Nurse Practitioner was wonderful as was the nurse. However, the self serve check in is too much for older patients. My 84 year old husband can’t do this so I take him somewhere else. It’s extremely cold, too.
